THRIVING LAWYER COURSE AND SEMINAR TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. General
By purchasing and/or using this Course or Seminar, you agree to all the Thriving Lawyer Course & Seminar Terms and Conditions below. These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time and you will be deemed to have accepted all amendments if you use the website after the date the amendments were posted.
These terms and conditions apply to all clients, and all other users of the Thriving Lawyer site or this Course or Seminar.
References to The Thriving Lawyer are references to Brenner Ferraz Pty Ltd trading as The Thriving Lawyer (ABN 89 683 250 124). References to “you” or the “client” are references to the purchaser or authorised users.
2. Fees
Payment of fees is required upon purchase of this course. The program price for this seminar is per single natural person viewing only. The recording of the seminar may not be distributed or viewed by another person and group viewings are prohibited.
By submitting this order via the website, you agree that you are authorised and able to make payment via the method you have chosen.
3. Delivery
All purchasers will receive access to this Seminar via Kajabi following purchase of this Course. You will be provided with lifetime access to the course. In the event that the Thriving Lawyer ceases to subscribe to Kajabi, you will be provided alternative access to the course.
4. Refunds
Except to the extent required by the Australian Consumer Law, no refunds will be provided.

By purchasing this seminar or subscribing to the Thriving Lawyer newsletter, you agree to receive The Thriving Lawyer communications regarding programs, services and newsletters. To unsubscribe from these communications in any format, you may unsubscribe using the ‘unsubscribe’ button in all email communications or alternatively, email The Thriving Lawyer at [email protected] or by calling 0408 037 754 (AUS).
6. Privacy
The Thriving Lawyer protects the privacy and security of information provided by you. By purchasing a product, you agree to the use of your personal information by the Thriving Lawyer to contact you about our products and services, for internal purposes. We will never sell your information to third parties.

7. Ownership of Intellectual Property
You agree that this Course or Seminar contains proprietary content (“Intellectual Property”) that is owned solely by The Thriving Lawyer and/or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and any other applicable intellectual property laws. The Thriving Lawyer retains the sole right to use, reproduce, and distribute the Intellectual Property throughout the world in any and all mediums. The Thriving Lawyer grants all purchasers and/or authorised users a licence to use the Intellectual Property solely for the purchasers and/or authorised users own noncommercial purposes. You agree that you have no right to create derivatives of, share, reproduce, distribute, modify, translate, post, license, sell, loan or otherwise exploit the Intellectual Property, whether commercially or non-commercially, and acknowledge that doing so constitutes a violation of law. For the avoidance of doubt, you agree that not to create any derivative products, blog posts, websites, guides, worksheets, tool kits, videos, audio recordings, or the like based on the Thriving Lawyer’s Intellectual Property, or that in any way violates the Thriving Lawyer’s Intellectual Property. Any registered or common law trademark, service mark, logo or tagline used in connection with the Thriving Lawyer is property of the Thriving Lawyer. You may not use such trademarks or service marks for any purpose except with the written permission of the Thriving Lawyer.
8. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties in respect of the subject matter contained in it and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements. Representations, and understandings of the parties.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be construed in accordance with, and governed by the laws of the State of Queensland as applied to contracts that are executed and performed entirely in Queensland.
The parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions by negotiation. The parties further agree that their respective good faith participation in negotiation discussions is a condition precedent to pursuing any other available legal or equitable remedy, including litigation, arbitration or other dispute resolution procedures.
10. Severability
If any term, provision, covenant or condition or condition of these Terms and Conditions is held by an arbitrator or court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, the rest of the Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect and shall in no way be affected, impaired or invalided.
